  Aged salt syrup is made with sea salt from Hainan island. Any kind of fruit that is in season can be used with the syrup, etc. calamansi, lemon, passionfruit, pineapple or grape. Fresh fruit and aged salt syrup together can quench your thirst and cool your internal body heat.
